Esitlus.ee respects client privacy and handles requests, contact details and submitted materials carefully and confidentially. The service is intended for B2B clients: companies and organisations.

What data do we collect?

Depending on the form or service, we may collect name, email address, phone number, company name, request content, selected service, material goal, audience, use situation, deadline, uploaded files and confidentiality level.

We do not knowingly request special category personal data or unnecessary personal data. If the material contains sensitive or excessive information, it can be removed or masked before sending.

Why do we use the data?

We use data to respond to requests, assess the suitable next step, prepare workload or price range estimates, carry out agreed work, communicate with the client, prepare billing input and ensure service security and quality.

Client materials are not used as public examples, marketing materials, training material or as the basis for another client’s work without separate permission.

Legal basis

The legal basis may be pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, depending on the situation.

Files and materials

Submitted files may contain trade secrets, prices, technical details or other confidential information. Files are used only to assess the request or carry out agreed work. They are not shared with third parties or used as examples or marketing material without permission.

For very sensitive material, the client may send a reduced version or ask what part is needed for assessment. A separate confidentiality confirmation or NDA can be agreed if needed.

Retention

Uploaded files are retained for up to 30 days if the work does not continue or no other agreement is made. Request data may be retained for up to 12 months. Work and billing-related data are retained as necessary for contract performance, proof and legal obligations.

Recipients and processors

We may use hosting, email, accounting, IT maintenance or development providers only to the extent necessary for providing the service or fulfilling legal obligations. Data is not sold or given to third parties for their independent marketing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. The admin area is protected, files must not be publicly indexable and access to materials is restricted.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use technically necessary cookies. If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are added, cookie information will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing and contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. To exercise your rights, write to info@esitlus.ee.
