The starting price applies to simple and clearly defined work. The final price depends on the number of slides, complexity of the assignment, quality of the existing material and whether the work is only visual formatting or also content, structure and sales message development. Esitlus.ee is currently not VAT liable, so VAT is not added. Official invoices are issued separately through accounting software.

The process is simple and controlled. Before starting, we agree on the objective, format, deadline and estimated scope.

Send an existing presentation, text, proposal or other source material and briefly describe what the presentation is for.
We estimate the workload
We provide the most accurate possible price range. Since every project is custom work, the exact final price cannot always be fully locked before the work starts.

The main formats are PowerPoint and PDF. We also define the scope and the revision round.
We create or improve the presentation
We improve the content, structure, message and visual layout according to the agreed scope.
We make one revision round
One agreed revision round is included. Larger content changes, new assignments or additional slides are agreed separately.
We deliver the final file
The final work is delivered as a PowerPoint and/or PDF file.
Confidentiality and sending materials
Presentations may include business secrets, customer information, technical details or personal data. That is why we ask you to indicate what type of information the file contains before sending it.
Important principle
If the material contains personal data or special category personal data, such as health data, please do not upload the file through the form. Describe the need and we will agree on a suitable transfer method separately. Whenever possible, remove or anonymise unnecessary data before sending material.
Final verification of data and facts remains the client’s responsibility

The client remains responsible for the final verification of all data, facts, figures, claims, references and substantive statements included in the presentation, proposal or other material. Esitlus.ee is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the client or for consequences arising from the use of such information.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only design slides or also work with the content?
Both, if needed. Often the biggest value is not in changing colours or icons but in making the message, structure and logic clearer.
Which formats do you work with?
We primarily work in PowerPoint and can also deliver a PDF version. Other formats are possible only by separate agreement.
Is the price fixed before the work starts?
We provide the most accurate possible price range before starting. Since every presentation is custom work and source materials differ, the exact final price cannot always be fully locked before the work starts.
How many revision rounds are included?
One agreed revision round is included. Larger content changes, new assignments or additional slides are agreed separately.
Can you add interactive feedback to a presentation?
Yes. We can add short anonymous questions that the audience can answer by phone, QR code or a link shared in the online meeting chat. This helps the presenter understand what was clear, what mattered and what may block the next step.
Can the feedback module be reused later?
Technically yes. A simple module is created for one presentation, while the reusable feedback package includes a question, form and instruction set that can be used in future presentations as well. Adapting it to a new presentation can be ordered separately.
Is the order summary an official invoice?
No. The order summary calculator is only a preliminary summary of selected services and prices. The official invoice is issued separately through accounting software.
Who is responsible for checking facts and figures?
The client remains responsible for the final verification of all data, facts, figures, claims, references and substantive statements included in the material.
Can I send confidential material?
Confidential business information can be sent. If the material includes personal data or special category personal data, please contact us first or anonymise the data before sending.
