A trade fair presentation is not a standard slide deck. It should support a short conversation, trust and follow-up.

Before the fair

  • Define one main message the partner should remember.
  • Prepare a 30-second explanation.
  • Clarify what kind of partner or customer you are looking for.
  • Add proof: experience, capacity, reference or process.

During the fair

The material should support the conversation, not replace it. Slides or PDFs should be easy to show and quick to explain.

After the fair

Follow-up should be prepared before the fair: summary, follow-up email and concrete next step.
