Check the audience

  • Is it clear who the presentation is for?
  • Is the audience problem stated from their perspective?
  • Can the decision-maker see why this matters now?

Check the message and proof

  • Is the main message visible before the details?
  • Is the value more concrete than “better quality” or “flexible solution”?
  • Are the claims supported by facts, examples, process or experience?

Check the next step

The end must show what the customer, partner or management should do next: meeting, demo, additional information, decision or proposal review.
