- Is it clear who the presentation is for?
- Is the audience problem stated from their perspective?
- Can the decision-maker see why this matters now?
Check the message and proof
- Is the main message visible before the details?
- Is the value more concrete than “better quality” or “flexible solution”?
- Are the claims supported by facts, examples, process or experience?
Check the next step
The end must show what the customer, partner or management should do next: meeting, demo, additional information, decision or proposal review.
